Feature:

The nsh 32m pump is designed to operate in hydraulic systems with a nominal pressure of 16 MPa. The pump life is at least 1750000 cycles, according to the European methodology, subject to the operating conditions established by the manufacturer of the machine.

There are only 3 parts made of aluminum antifriction alloy in the pump design: housing, cover and compensator. At the same time, the lid is made according to the technology of the Italian company, with low weight it has increased rigidity. Since the nsh 32m-3 pump has a compact working area and, as a result, low loads on the housing, it became possible to abandon the restriction of the high-pressure zone, which reduced the number of parts in the pump and, accordingly, increased its reliability.

The pump has small overall dimensions and weight, which is especially important when the dimensions in the installation area are limited.

The mass of the nsh32m-3 pump with a working volume of 32 cm3/rev is 3520 grams, the volume of power from one kg of mass is 7.56 kW/kg, instead of 6.03 kW/kg in conventional flat pumps.

Gears have been specially developed for this series, having a larger number of teeth Z =11 (in flat Z=8), respectively, and a smaller module m=4 (in flat m=5) compared to the gears of conventional "flat" pumps, which significantly reduced the pulsation of the working fluid and reduced pump noise.
